We wanted to write you to thank you
so very much for the knowledge, professionalism and exceptional customer service we experienced working with you and Dahl Santa Fe.
As you know from visiting, our art gallery on Canyon Road had over 100 track lights and our electric bill was many hundreds of dollars. The gallery was always extremely warm and hard to cool. We also spent a great deal of time and money ordering and replacing bulbs, and when you have 13 feet ceilings the job is tedious and dangerous.
We were hesitant to try LED bulbs not only because of the expense but also were very skeptical about proper illumination and color translation with these bulbs. Your knowledge of lighting helped guide us to make the correct choice of LED bulbs for our business and with the new technology we were able to see these issues have been addressed by the lighting industry.
Since we have installed the LED lights not only has our electric bill dropped markedly, the gallery remains cooler, we no longer have to order and replace lights monthly and our staff can spend their time in a more cost effective manner. Our clients and staff have remarked on the improved lighting and color. We couldn’t be more pleased with our investment.
